The Canning Recreation Commission is pleased to announce the return of the Canning Community-Wide Yard Sale, taking place on Saturday, July 11, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Residents throughout the community are invited to take part by hosting a yard sale at their home. Whether you’re clearing out unused items, finding new homes for treasures, or simply enjoying a day of community activity, this annual event is a great way to connect with neighbours and visitors alike.
To have your yard sale included on the official community map, please email your address to jessica@canningrecreation.com no later than July 2. The map helps shoppers plan their routes and ensures participating households receive maximum visibility throughout the day.
No yard? No problem.
The Canning District Lions Club will once again offer space for individuals who would like to participate but do not have a suitable location of their own. Spaces can be rented for the day, allowing more people to take part in the event.
