| The Municipality of the County of Kings wishes to advise customers of the Canning Water Utility that water mains and fire hydrants will be flushed during the week of October 31 to November 10, 2022. As a result of this work, customers may experience low water pressure or discolored water during this period. This condition may cause staining of clothing during washing. Customers should flush their own lines by allowing the water to run for approximately ten minutes or until the water clears. Annual flushing of the water system is conducted to maintain and improve water quality throughout the Utility’s piping. The Municipality of the County of Kings apologizes for any inconvenience caused to our customers during this time.
