Bruce Spicer Park Playground Closed

The Canning Village Commission regrets to inform residents that the playground equipment at Bruce Spicer Park will be closed until repairs are completed. We apologise for any inconvenience.

New Parking Regulations
The Canning Village Commission will be moving forward with the installation of 2 Hour parking limit signs along Main Street from the Canning Library to Bruce Spicer Park.

These signs are in response to parking issues and the Fall 2014 petition to help with customer parking during business hours. The Department of Transportation will be installing them along the south side of the Main Street starting the end of February 2015, as weather permits.

Parking will be limited to 2 hours from 7 AM to 7 PM. Public parking is available for visitors, patrons, staff, and tenants at Bruce Spicer Park and behind the Canning Library.

The Village of Canning hopes that this will facilitate customer parking for all businesses.
