The Municipality of the County of Kings will be holding a Public Information Meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 20 at 6 PM at the Village of Canning Office, 977 J Jordan Road.
The meeting will be held for an application to amend a development agreement that seeks to enable a change in the layout of the development that results in the approved residential units being developed in a greater number of smaller buildings than previously approved. No increase in the overall number of residential units is proposed. The development is proposed to be located on the properties in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of J Jordan Road and Summer Street (PIDs 55008627, 55354385, 55384796), Canning.
